To open an account with 09 Bid, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete details may result in your account being closed at any time.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be terminated and the associated balances may be forfeited.

• Keep your account password strictly confidential.
• Do not share your account with anyone else.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 09 Bid support immediately.
• Keep the mobile number and email address you provided at registration active.

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account. 09 Bid will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a security failure on 09 Bid's part.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on 09 Bid or conduct any financial transactions. Use of 09 Bid by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, 09 Bid may request documents to verify your identity and age at any time. Failure to provide these documents may result in your account and withdrawals being suspended.

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Proof of ownership of the registered mobile number.

All submitted information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.

Deposits and withdrawals on 09 Bid are fully secure and processed as quickly as possible. Transactions can be made via bKash, Nagad, and other mobile banking channels.

Deposit Terms & Conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made by third parties are not accepted and such transactions may be voided.

Rules applicable to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• 09 Bid processes withdrawals in an average of 3 minutes, though delays on the banking partner's end may extend this to a maximum of 24 hours.

All bonuses and promotional offers at 09 Bid are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be applicable to specific games or betting markets.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, or IP address.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.
• 09 Bid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

If bonus abuse or system manipulation is detected, the bonus will be deducted from the account and the account may be permanently closed.

All bets on 09 Bid are handled with complete fairness and transparency. Our gaming systems are regularly audited by independent third parties to ensure every outcome is fully random and unbiased.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 09 Bid officially acknowledges a technical error.
• In Sports Betting, bets placed before any odds change will be settled at the odds in effect at the time the bet was placed.
• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, 09 Bid reserves the right to refund the bet or declare it void in accordance with platform policy.
• Odds may change during live betting due to server delays. In such cases, 09 Bid's decision is final.
• If an unusually large amount is wagered on a single event, 09 Bid reserves the right to investigate and withhold payment pending review.

If 09 Bid detects any betting patterns associated with match-fixing or manipulation, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities notified if required.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 09 Bid and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or personal information.
• Using software, bots, or scripts to exploit or gain an unfair advantage over the system.
• Bonus arbitrage or any form of bonus abuse.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise platform security.

09 Bid reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of a Terms violation.
• Failure to submit KYC verification documents.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction activity.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, unless forfeiture applies due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.
